Arthur Harr, one of the defendants, is seeking a review of a judgment on a verdict against him for rent due under a lease and of a judgment by way of indemnity ordering him to pay attorneys fees to the other defendant, H.E. Riggs. Arthur R. Kintner, Lawrence J. Topel, and Sidney F. Howard, the plaintiffs, are seeking review of that portion of the judgment dismissing their claim against the defendant, H.E. Riggs.
